Miguel Cabrera has the chance to do something in baseball that hasn't been done since 1967, since the average salary in baseball was $10,000; to win the Triple Crown. To win the Triple Crown means to lead the league in average, home runs, and runs batted in. With only two weeks left in the regular season, Cabera has the best shot to accomplish the incredible feat since Carl Yastrzemski in 1967. The Tiger's first basebman leads the leauge in average (.333), RBIs (130), and ranks second in home runs (41), only one behind Josh Hamilton. The way Miggy is playing now, I think we will be seeing a new Triple Crown king.
